ECB-2 — ECB-2 Return on Utilisation and Debt Servicing
Report the utilisation of external commercial borrowing proceeds and any debt servicing within 7 calendar days of the end of the month in which it occurs. The 2026 amendment moved this from a monthly return to event-based filing, so a month with no utilisation and no servicing needs no return.
